Despite what the local media has been saying, the market has been just fine. Actually, home sales in Green Hills and the Hillsboro/Vandy area have increased compared to last quarter. In addition, the average home prices in those areas has increased.

The areas that have fallen tremendously are Crieve Hall, Spring Hill, and Thompson's Station. The average price of homes in Thompson's Station has fallen, while Crieve Hall and Spring Hill are still rising.
